I has been a while since I have been to the Novy Hrozenkov jump („Balaton“) for the first time. There has been bulit a realy good summer training spot for all freeskiers a snowborders who wants to imrove their style and skills. The whole area was bulit by the bigair.cz crew around Lukin Mikula. I think maybe our Polish neigbhours know this place well. So i will introdukce it a little bit more in detail.

This place is located in Novy Hrozenkov (see MAP) and you will not miss it if you will drive along the main road. There is one kicker with two possibilities to start off. One smaller for smaller jump and the extension for longer and higher flying. Better rideers will be able to make rotations like 1080. There is also a professional trampoline  to realize new tricks. It necessary to say that it is big trapoline and you will realy enjoy it. The last part is couple of rails to water.   

Every time when I was there I had a realy good time. Many good riders are gong there every summer to improve their riders skills. Czech riders like Martin Horak, Ondra Benes, Jirka Volak, , Ondra Neumann, brothers Kaňůrkové, Pavel Vyroubal and many many more. What i cannot forget is that there is a new nimi half pipe.
