So, this year’s SnowFest wasn’t very crowded, but it didn’t cost the experience, which we came through together. On the way with Matio we waved to our acquaintance Elvis in  Lichtenstein and we went on to Lenzerheide. When we arrived I almost started crying, because look at the north side of the hill did not please me at all. I looked like at the end of April in Jasná (in translation, DISASTER).

The evening registration and recognizing of known faces carried in order and the next day we went to check out terrain. Of course, the weather objected and there was sometimes serious fog, but despite of that we found perfectly prepared slopes, powder, firn, a lot of mud and our favourite AgroRide!!

Since Tuesday we were riding with groups, that meant to me a group consisting of Sam and Herbert Slavíkovci, Katka Sobotková and Luboš Sušila. So no hard work, just nice riding with nice people :) We spent the whole day on the northern side of Lenzerheide and we had powder to neck. Yes, for my surprise there was a lot of powder, even so much, that we spent almost the entire day at one place and then we made a nice downhill through a valley, which is left from the top station of the cableway. Firn, sun and taking off skiboots in the below definitely worth it, because ofter the entire day, there left only a smile on our faces.

On the next day we shared our groups with Katka, following by similiar story, but we made our way to the park and we were jumping a bit. The sun was shining and we could sunbathe. On Thursday we planned a whole-day trip. We went over nice plains to Arosa, then through another valley to a village which name I can’t remember, but in a nice restaurant there was great wine soup and weissbier :) What can I tell you, after whole day in sun it hit off :) Me and Katka were proud of both of our groups, because it were people, who were meant to be beginning with freeride, but they passed really hard parts and sometimes unpleasant snow. Respect to them!!!

Friday was clear! And the deal as well! Spring session in park in Lenzerheide :) Me, Katka and both our groups, we went right there. At first for the beginners and after that, the one, for those, who know :) The whole day in the park was finished by a walk in Lenzerheide and evening FONDUE.

What more to say... the SnowFest was this year quite family event, but the more relaxing it was and in spite of the snow conditions, which seemed really bad we had a good ride and I hope, that people, who were riding with Katka and with me enjoyed it at least as much as we did :)
