So after the greeting, we all moved to ski lift, bought tickets and went up. The 4 pack lift was in operation going to “Lukova” and then 2 man chair lift to “Konsky Grun” and finally connection lift “towin” taking you to very highest point. At the top we luckily avoided pub called “Kamienka” and headed straight to chutes of “Derese”. I took some pictures and rode what I could. Chutes “Derese” are still worth it and in shady spots are still frozen.

One of the unpleasant things was the end of the run where from the chute to the slopes took a long traverse and hiking. In the lower parts of the slopes and hike trails we sharpened our skies on the grass and rocks, but we run over it anyway :).

When we find ourselves again at the top we all felt again the magic (or magnetic?) “Kamienka” forces which absorbed us this time. There was a farewell with the season in the form of retro costume ride on pre-obstacle course. The biggest challenge was camel bumps, but it was managed by all competitors anyway. Nearby, there was a kicker where all riders enjoyed themselves followed by free entertainment with “borovicka” and Czechoslovak hits coming from the speakers. At the end we happily moved to “Derese” to enjoy the ride in the sun set... At the evening we were grilling, chatting and rejoiced at hotel “Liptov”. Passion dancers moved to Retro Bar where all were totally disappointed by some DJ mixing endless songs of not knowing what. Some argued that it was a hip-hop….maybe.

Second day was a lot more productive than the previous one. Encouraged by a good mood from the previous we went on FULL throttle (mean hiking) farther and farther to the very edge of “Derese”.  Tired from hiking and landing run we moored at “Kamienka” where we just quickly empower ourselves by a soup for the next run. Chutes were beautifully melow on Sunday, just spring firm, you know. I do not know whose idea it was to take a ride after slope “Spravedliva” where landing run was totally on the grass. Anyway, we entertained ourselves as good as skiers who were quite shocked. It is true that the drainage channels going across the slope surprised some skiers by them. Last ride was quite rough (I mean only for callous man) which was narrow corridor ending with straight line.

Tidiness from all-day riding and hiking was seen on all riders. There was nothing to say then to farewell with cold “Kofola” at hotel “Liptov” and went back to home.
